Plugin, off until an admin turns it on

Orders from your customers, approved and fulfilled

A contact signs in on your portal, picks what they need from the catalog, fills in its form and sends it. Staff can request for an account too. Each request is checked, approved and fulfilled, and becomes a sold product on the account.

How it works

Products are what you sell or provide, with their entitlements: the things a customer gets a number or a choice of, such as seats or modules. Catalog items are what can be requested, each a product with its form.

A request, REQ-12, holds who asked, for which account, the items and their answers. Your team can adjust it before approving, and the case that goes with it keeps the conversation, so the requester hears when it is approved, rejected or done.

Fulfilment is by hand, or automatic through a signed webhook that reports back. What each account has afterwards is listed on its page as sold products.

Request Management is a plugin. An admin turns it on under Platform → Plugins, and turning it off hides it everywhere and keeps its data.
