Developer work, linked to the people waiting for it
Projects with boards of bugs, features, tasks, improvements and epics. Link a task to cases, and whoever answers the requester sees how the fix is coming along and hears when it is done.

How it works
Anyone working in a unit can create a project there from a Kanban or Scrum template. Access comes from connected units, teams and named people, each with a role, and ends when the last way to it goes.
The board has filters, swimlanes by assignee, epic or priority, and drag and drop. Create dev task on a case makes a linked task, and when it reaches a done column the case’s assignee is told.
Sprints are planned, started and completed with carry-over on Backlog and sprints. Project owners add fields of their own, and can archive a project and export it as JSON.
Software Development is a plugin. It is built into the desk and free like everything else: an admin turns it on under Settings → Plugins, and turning it off hides it everywhere and keeps its data.
