Part of every desk

Every brand gets its own front door

A form takes requests from outside the desk. A portal is a help centre that shows forms in categories and lets contacts follow their requests. Brands give both, and every email, their own name, logo and colours.

How it works

Build a form once, with its fields, conditions and settings, and use it in several places: embedded on your website with embed.js, as a page the desk hosts, from your own frontend, from your own server with signed requests, and on any number of portals.

Every submission passes the checks of its mode. In the browser that is Cloudflare Turnstile, a honeypot, a minimum fill time, the websites allowed to post and an hourly cap. From a server it is an HMAC-SHA256 signature and an optional IP allowlist. Each accepted submission becomes a case in the form’s unit, runs its automations and sends a confirmation.

A portal has a front page with a headline, a notice, popular forms and categories, and its own look: header style, cards or a list, corners and colours. It can live on its own domain. Contacts sign in with a code or link sent by email, never a password, and see their requests.

Brands hold the logo, colours, sender address, reply domain and signatures. Units use their brand, or one of their own, so each part of the organization faces its customers under its own name. Requesters are served in English, Norwegian, Swedish or Danish.
