Sold products

A sold product is what an account has: a product with its entitlements, since when, and what fulfilment kept about it (a licence number, an address). A fulfilled item for something new makes it; a fulfilled change item updates it.

Request Management → Sold products lists them, active ones first, with Filter for the account, the product and the status. A sold product's page has its entitlements and details, and every request that made or changed it.

End on a sold product's page says the account no longer has it, as when its desk was taken down. It stays in the list, Ended, with its requests, and no change can be requested for it. Ending needs Work on requests; a fulfilment receiver can do it through the API.
