Get a licence key

Every ITSM Engine installation needs a licence key. It's free, it turns on every plugin for as many people as you like, and it's emailed to you.

One key is for one installation. We keep what you enter here in our licence register; see Privacy.

  • The desk checks the key on its own server. It never calls home, and works without internet access.
  • Nothing stops or locks if our licence service is down: a running desk never depends on it.
