For AI assistants and the API
Tokens can get problems:read and problems:write. Assistants can list and read problems, search known errors (and
give a requester the workaround's For customers text), open problems and link cases and incidents. Webhooks hear
problems.created, problems.known_error, problems.resolved, problems.closed and problems.reopened. The API is
under /api/v1/x/problems (building a plugin).
