Other kinds of work
With Incident Management, Change Management or Problem Management on, the inbox has a switch above the list: Cases, then one for each of them (Incidents, Changes, Problems), and All (Both when only one is on).
All
All is the default in All open, Assigned to me, Unassigned and Resolved and closed. Above the cases there is a strip for each kind of work, for your search and unit filter, with the most urgent first, one line each, and See all for the rest. Then the cases.
Click a strip's heading to fold it away; the browser remembers it. The incidents' strip has the totals in its heading (how many are open, how many are P1–P2, missed a target, or have no commander; each a link to those incidents).
Incidents
Incidents shows the incidents as a full list, with the same search, filters, chips, sorting, pages and keyboard as the Incidents page; the search and the unit are the inbox's own, so they stay when you switch between cases and incidents. The other views show cases unless you switch. A saved view keeps the type.
What each view shows
What each view shows of them:
| View | Incidents | Changes | Problems |
|---|---|---|---|
| All open | Open incidents | Open changes | Open problems |
| Assigned to me | The ones you lead as commander | The ones you own, implement or asked for | The ones you own |
| Unassigned | The ones without a commander | The ones nobody implements yet | The ones without an owner |
| Resolved and closed | Resolved and closed incidents | Done changes, newest first | Closed problems |
In Assigned to me and Unassigned the incident list has no commander filter or commander chips, since the view already decides.
