Submission log

The Submissions tab lists every request sent through the portal, newest first, in the same way as a form's submission log: accepted ones link to their case, refused ones show why, without their content. Housekeeping can remove old lines.

Turning a portal off

Turn off the switch in the editor's header (Live or Off) and save. A portal that is off answers "Portal not found" to everyone, including the links in sign-in emails. Its cases stay, and requesters can still follow them through the links in their emails.

Deleting a portal

Delete in the editor's header deletes the portal after you confirm: its front page, categories and submission log go, and its address stops working. Its forms stay under Settings → Forms. Cases sent through it stay, with their conversations, and requesters can still follow them through the links in their emails.
